Hi,

I'm sorry if it's not the right place to post this, but reading Russian is quite difficult for me. It took me several minutes to understand and succeed in solving the captcha about numbers for signing up :)

My name is Manuel, I'm french and I've just arrived to live in Moscow. I have been flying fpv for more than a year and I have 3 mini racers (still on their way :/ ). I intend to continue flying here, but I think the winter might make things difficult. As you can imagine I have plenty of questions !

Can someone explain me the local regulation regarding flying fpv ? (where to fly, weight or power limitations, frequencies, video recording...)

Are there many people practicing fpv flying in Moscow (I mean more specifically with mini quadcopters) ?

Are there gatherings, meetings, races... ?

Can you order easily from e-shops abroad and are there problems for the packages go through customs ? Are they blocked, do you have to pay taxes ?
