My name is Manuel, I'm french and I've just arrived to live in Moscow. I have been flying fpv for more than a year and I have 3 mini racers (still on their way :/ ). I intend to continue flying here, but I think the winter might make things difficult. As you can imagine I have plenty of questions !
Can someone explain me the local regulation regarding flying fpv ? (where to fly, weight or power limitations, frequencies, video recording...)
Are there many people practicing fpv flying in Moscow (I mean more specifically with mini quadcopters) ?
Are there gatherings, meetings, races... ?
Can you order easily from e-shops abroad and are there problems for the packages go through customs ? Are they blocked, do you have to pay taxes ?
